                                                             Today's life is very  busy  and full  of  tension . There  are several reasons  behind  it. Our thinking way and  life style has  totally  changed. Such type of human behavior  has created  several  problems  like sleeplessness and  blood pressure. There is no medicine which  can help you to short out  such  type of your  problems.  Some times   medicine taken to  reduce  the  problem of  sleeplessness  , causes blood pressure and  heart  problem . By changing our life style  we can  be  able  to  short  out  this  problem. We have  to  follow  some rules of life to lessen the  effect of   sleeplessness. These  are followings rules :- 

                                                      [1] Switch off :-  For  getting  sound  sleep  we  have  to  do or  change  our  regular routines  like using computer or smartphone after  8 PM .  We spend lot  of  time  in  reading e mail several  times  in a day . It  happens  because we have  easily approach to  mail through  smart phone. These gudgets are useful and helpful in our life , but these things are disturbing our  regular and normal life . We  have to change our way  of  thinking and  living.

                                                        [2] Tune in :-  While you  are going to sleep , tune in your most loved  and slow speed music .  That will give you peace and release your  mental tension to some extent .  It brings down your circulatory strain  through  the  arrival  of feel - great chemicals called endorphins.

                                                            [3] Breathe  deeply :- Some times meditation  put down our stretch  and  enhances  the  nature  of  the  rest .  Try to follow  these steps in your life   .  Yoga and meditation is supplementary to each  other.  I think these things are  most important practice  that should  be followed by each and every  person  in their  life  to release  today's tension of  life.  So need is to include these in your daily life.

                                                       [4] Pick  a good pillow :- Importance of conventional pillow in taking  sound  sleep should  not be  given  less  importance . It plays very important work in giving sound sleep to human being.  Picking the correct pad  can have  a  tremendous  effect  on  the  nature of your rest.   It gives  satisfactory help  to the  neck and  head and keep  your  spine  in  accordance with your neck .

                                                           [5] Routine counts :- Your daily routine counts  more in taking your  sound sleep.   Lower the level of  light  you  are  presented to  at night slides your body into rest mode  by encouraging  the  creation  of melatonin  , a rest hormone  . In this  way  you should follow  constant return in  life  to get deep  sleep in normal  way.

                                                            [6] Be tired :-  you should  not  compel yourself to go to bed before  fully exhausted by energy. A fully tired person can avail more  deep  sound  sleep in comparison  to other person who is less tired  When such  situation crop up , then go to other room and  do some  work till you get tired . This will help you to  take  sound sleep in night .

                                                                [7] Eat right :-  Try to not involve yourself in any work  just  before going to  bed .  This  might cause  you distress  and can  likewise cause a  surge in  body temperature , making it  difficult to take rest in deep breath . Yet do not  eat  too little either as your  body needs  supplements to repair  itself , and yearning  strings  may  keep  you  alert  or  wake  you   amid the night. Snacks , for example , bananas  and turkey cuts are flawless  as they contain  an amino  corrosive  called  tryptophan , which the body uses to  make the quieting hormone serotonin.

                                                          [8]  Take Supplements :- Supplements like calcium  and magnesium  can  help  rest.  Magnesium  is  known  as  'nature's  tranquilizer  and  enables  the body  to  manage  push  all  the  more  successfully   by  quieting  the brain  and  unwinding the  muscles . It will give you sound sleep in night .
