What do you mean by body image or human personality ? Body image shows one's internal image and attitude towards physical body.Attitude speaks about one's feelings , thoughts and beliefs about oneself. As mirror reflects the beauty or external appearance of a human being . Just the same attitude shows the reflection of our character and sense of people.
What is a body image ? :- The image we see in our mirror or the picture of yourselves is a body image . It is also related to sexual attraction of one's body. A body language is the parameter to analyze an image of a person and also his identity .
WHAT IS A NEGATIVE BODY LANGUAGE OR IMAGE ? :-
When you feel ashamed of your body while comparing with other people , this is the sign of negative body image . There may be several reasons for such thinking like your fatness , dark complexions of your skin. These types of our external look , sometimes create negative body image . A negative and unhealthy body results in low confidential and self esteem level.
What is a healthy body image ?-
Healthy body image depends on you and your feeling about own's body. The way you feel about your body , the way you feel happy about us. Eating healthy foods only does not improve your body image . Some people show you, own's cleaned way of life style , for having healthy body image . But in reality , it is your thought that affects your body image.
Several ways of maintaining a positive body image :- There are lots of ways to keep your body image perfect . There are following ways to keep your self in form of positive body image.--
[1] Always remain cool and relaxed on how your body behave . Try to remain normal in its own style and body structure. Be happy with the changes which are taking place with change of time . No one can stop the flow of change in our society .
[2] One thing you keep always in your mind that true beauty does not depend on your physical appearance , but also the way you think , self -confidence and so on. It is a state of mind and not the state of the body .
[3] Whenever you look into the mirror admire yourself . No one can admire you as the way as you admire yourself. You are the best admirer of your self .
[4] Do not fill too much into your head . It can lead you into confused state.
[5] Do not worry about foods you intake. Go near to nature and people and speak out to them . Spend some time with nature and try to learn from nature . This keeps you relaxed.
[6] Wear clothes in which you feel comfortable about yourself.
Developing and maintaining body images :-
Developing and maintaining body images are not very difficult . Eating alone does not make your body fit. Always hear what your heart say and act according to it . Your own thoughts guide us. Talk all positive things when you see your self on the mirror.
Be a strong confident person :- Confidence plays very vital role in developing the body. Give importance to yourself first , because this is one of the best ways to maintain your body. Except you no one can help you in the development of your bod image .
Regular exercise will keep your body in good form :- Exercise is other tool for proper development of body . Doing yoga helps you to lead a healthy life. Be responsive to have whatever food is provided to you. Do not show your hesitation towards meals , it will badly affect your health.
Body image is important for one's life. Healthy body image comes out from your thoughts and feelings. Try to have a pure heart with the small amount of innocence which is good for health.
