The word Health refers to the physical fitness of your body. It is the complete state of physical and mental fitness. A healthy man can lead a long life . Physical fitness can be maintained by doing exercise and yoga. Mental fitness is in the hands of oneself . It refers a person 's emotions and psychology . Mental illness also affects your physical health .
Health is Wealth :- Education educates people about their health . Health is wealth is a famous saying refers the importance of health . Balanced diet is required to maintain good health. Good health is more precious than the treasure of wealth. Wealth is nothing when compared to wealth around the world . Only when you are healthy , you can enjoy your wealth .
Healthy diet depends on lifestyle ethically:- A healthy life style does not mean the way you dress. The true meaning behind a healthy lifestyle is one which improves your health and well being. Your way of life will be healthy which depends on the food you eat physical activities and stress management . It includes a proper diet , safe environment , absence and addiction of bad habits and proper sleeping which is very important .
You can lead a Healthy life by taking healthy diet. :- To lead a healthy life one should have the habit of taking healthy and nutritious food. Try to avoid eating at open place and also fast or junk food. Eat at least three meals a day . Drinking plenty of water daily and taking liquid foods like juice help you to maintain your water sustainability in the body. Eat only when you are hungry . Some people eat even when they are not hungry which lead in indigestion.
How can you maintain Your Personal Hygiene :- Your personal hygiene depends on our daily habits. It includes bathing regularly and washing your hair often keeps you hygienic . Besides this , trim your nails , brush your teeth after every meal , wash your hands just before taking your meal also keep you more hygienic and disease free. Sleep at least for eight hour per day . Be personal hygienic is essential to lead a healthy life .
Real factors for leading a healthy life. :- There are many factors to lead a healthy life . Always be active in any work and avoid inactive life as far as possible. Laziness kills a person's health . Water plays a major role to lead a healthy life . Drink plenty of juice and vegetables which are rich in vitamins and minerals. Today's people waste their times , siting most of their times before TV and computer . This spoils your total health . Develop the habits of playing indoor or outdoor games.
Ways to lead a healthy and happy life :- In this world , everyone follows their own different diet . Before taking your diet , check with your nutritionist . Avoid soda and other artificial drinks and other artificial drinks which are unhealthy for your diet. Maintain a chart for your diet which will be useful . Meditation keeps your body and mind relaxed. Do not skip your meals and eat at least thrice a day . Watch TV only for two to three hours a day and try to watch programs which can develop your brain. With good food habits and exercise , you can maintain good health. Try to develop the habit of interacting with people and try to share good things with them .
Do people lead a Healthy life ? .:- The answer to this question is definitely - NO . Our ancestor's way of life was early to bed and rises up early in the morning . . But now the trend has changed and it changed into late to bed and run to office in a hurry. How can people maintain nowadays ? Pizzas and burgers are damaging your health . In early days people walk every day but nowadays the transport has changed our travelling and walking medium .
Besides these we have to do something new for yourself. Prepare your own meals at home . Keep your body and surroundings clean . Make changes in your life . Take new challenges and always think positive .
