Simple Ways of Living a Happy Life .

Have you ever thought about the life of human being ? What is the purpose of our life ? Who will decide the purpose of your life . The true purpose of life is to stay happy . This is the main base on which you have to establish your house of your life . There is no need to make big house to be more happy in your life . It is the spiritual bond among family members is the true source of happiness in life . This should be our motto of life . But , we are far away from achieving it , and we are hankering after which that is a myth in itself . We already have happiness around us , but never try to give recognition to them . To stay healthy and happy , it does not require a lot of time or money-- just a little motivation and desire in life . Now I am going to suggest you some simple ways of life which may keep you joyful and relax. .
[1] Do What You Love or like to do :- Always pursue that profession which suit you or you feel happiness while doing it . If you are interested in writing stories , playing sports , swimming or teaching children , always spare time for it . It will give maximum satisfaction to you . You will love doing it . Once you do activities that you love , you will be filled with joy .
[2] Be Thankful to God for giving you what others are not availing .:- Thanks to god for giving you what others do not have . God has blessed you with lots of things . Most of times , we take our basic amenities for granted . Without even realizing its importance in our life , we misuse available resources and end up spending it recklessly. If we start appreciating the things that are already available , then only we will begin to feel happy in our life .
[3] Help others :- In some cases after accomplishing our objectives , we feel some types of dis -satisfaction . This is because of feeling of not doing any thing for others . When we do something for other or help other people , it feels great to simply be of service to another person . The effect we make feels satisfying and is a major potential hotspot for our own particular bliss .
[4] Share with others :- We should share our feelings with others . By doing so we , we feel better for further activities. A person lived without sharing can turn out to be forlorn. When we share with others , they shall feel awesome towards you and help you to feel more delight in your own life .
[5] Smile more :- Give bigger space to smile in your life . Some times your jolly attitude keep you in bigger human circle which will give you new type of energy to work. Smiling can make you more joyful -- regardless of the possibility that you need to constrain it , despite everything you will can rest easy .
[6] Relax for at least an hour before going to bed :- Try to be relax before going to bed at night . Never work or use your laptop just before going to bed . It will never keep you relax and fit . This also keep you more responsive to disease . You have to change your opinion about your old concept . So sit in front of the TV or read a book or magazine to relax you , may be a myth for you . A few people think a shower awakens you , so consider changing your shower in the morning and scrub down .
[7] Develop rich eating Habits :- It is very difficult to feel joy and happiness when you are not physically sound and healthy . In any case , when you eat right and healthy food , you feel better both physically and mentally . Also you should keep distance from any type of fast or junk foods .
[8] Spend Time with those whom you loved most .:- There is no substitute for investing quality of time and energy which you spent with your friends and family members . We are a social creature regardless of the possibility that you are a thoughtful person . People love to spend time with their loved one for good mutual talk and continuing personal relationship . Human and family relation is nothing in itself , if you do not live accordingly . Nothing is written externally about the relation between two human being . It is the mutual behaviour indicates our relation.
