How we live healthy life is dollar amount question because today our way of life is so hectic and busy that we can not expect our good health . Generally we mean by healthy life is to lose weight or being more active or just feeling healthier . To live a healthier life , you will most likely need to make some adjustments in a wide variety of areas . Being healthy is based on many things including , your genetics , diet , exercise routine and life style choices . Since you can not control your genes , making changes to items you have control over can help lead to a healthier lifestyle . Focus on making small changes to your diet , exercise and other lifestyle factors to help make you more fit and physically strong.
[1] Make distance from sun :- Avoid long contact with sun that will protect you from cancer . It will also keep you looking young by preventing wrinkles , fine lines , and saggy skin . Sun damage spots and splotches on your chest and neck will also make you appear older.
[2] Take balanced diet :- Take balanced diet emphasizing a variety of fruits , vegetables and whole grains . Limit unhealthy fats , such as saturated and trans fats , and foods loaded with sugar and salt .
[3] Maintain physical activities :- Include physical activity in your daily routine and aerobic activities such as swimming and cycling ,and strength building exercises , using free weights or resistance machines . Regular physical activity helps people live longer and feel better throughout their lives . It helps us to be more stronger and flexible , build strong bones and fight osteoporosis , and prevents depression .
[4] Sleep properly. :- Take enough and sound sleep so that your body and mind could work in a proper way . Less amount of sleep may cause several types of disease and risk of accidents in life .
[5] Healthy body contents healthy brain . :- When you are in a good state of mind , you make good decisions for yourself about your job , lifestyle and health . Here are something you can do to keep your mind healthy :-
[a] Reduce stress in your life .
[b] Make time in your life for things that are fun .
[c]Get help if you feel depression and anxiety several times in a day or several days at a time . Contact with friend and spend time with them , this will relax you .
[6] Avoid taking tobacco products :- Tobacco in any form is harmful and its use causes serious life threatening conditions , including various cancers , heart disease and respiratory illnesses.
Eat less ready made fast and Acidic Foods :- By working or doing physical activities , we increase alkaline in our body , which results into promoting a healthier environment for our cells to thrive . Excess amount of acidity causes inflammation in our body and leads to several health related problems. Food like alcohol , white flour , dairy products , caffeine and sugar are acid forming . Do your best to remove or reduce these items from your diet and replace them with more vegetables and fruits , whole grains , almond , coconut or rice milk products , and use stevia or coconut sugar as sweetener.
Exercise :- This is perhaps most neglected part of life but it is told regularly to do it . Moderate exercise will benefit your life . By performing strength and cardiovascular training of some type , you not only improve your overall health , but you will feel and look better too .
