Natural Remedy For Sleep .

Today due to hectic and busy life of human being , the problem of sound sleep has become common men problem . Our life style has changed due to revolution in IT sectors. Today we all are using smart phone , laptop , computer and tablet which has changed our way of thinking as well as daily routine. We are giving less importance to our health and fitness . We do not do regular exercise and Yoga which shows that we are less concern with our health. Day by day we are making distance with our nature which is our best source of good health and fitness . Because of employment and being modern , we have made distance from nature which has created lot of health related problem for us . Sleeplessness is one of the problem which we face commonly in daily life.
There are several people who are facing sleeplessness in their daily life. This problem is becoming more serious and having wide effect on general people. Here also we have to find the solution of this problem and for this we have to approach to nature . Nature has solution of several problem which we are facing today. . There are following ways through which we can solve this problem of sleeplessness in human being.--
[1] Switch off :- By switch off , we mean that we should stop our work some time before going to bed .It is imperative to to slow down for a couple of hours before sleep time, so make an effort not to work or use smart phone after 8 pm ,and turn off your telephone .
[2] Tune to music :- Include hearing of music before going to bed in your daily habit. . This will make your mood more relax and energetic for new work. This diminishes tension and bring down circulatory strain through the arrival of endorphins chemicals which changes the internal feeling of human being.
[3] Deep breathing :- Meditation is a good source of getting eases from stretch and keep us in a relax stage . We should practice in our life by closing our eyes and breadth in gradually through your nostrils to a tally of three while extending your stomach. Hold it for three seconds at that point breathe out gradually through your mouth , . Continue this process for five to ten minutes.
[4] Good Pillow :- The quality and importance of pillow should not be neglected as far as sound sleep is related . Using good and comfortable pad and pillow can have a tremendous effect on the nature of your rest . It must give satisfactory help to the neck and head and keep your spine in accordance with your neck .
[5] Routine counts :- Your daily routine should be followed in proper way and right time . Some time your irregular and unsystematic daily life causes sleeplessness problem. So try to follow daily activities at schedule time . Our body adjusts with it . If you have irregular schedule of taking food and rest , then it will affect your whole system of body .
[6] Do physical work :- Do physical work on regular basis , that will burn out extra calorie that will give you sound sleep at night. Physical work give sufficient exercise to all parts of your body which keep them fit and functional. This proper work to all our parts of body acts as catalyst to brain for sound sleep. We know that after exertion we take sound sleep . So our regular physical work functions as a sleeping pills for us . So develop the nature of doing physical work even it is worthless .
[7] Diet should be right :- Your diet should include minerals, vitamins and proteins etc that give all nutrients to our body. So we should take as far as possible rich diet to keep your self healthy and fit. But to much diet or too less diet , both is not right for us , So we should take rich diet to remove the problem of sleeplessness . Sometimes less quantity of diet causes sleeplessness problem among us.
[8] Take supplements :- Calcium and magnesium can acts as supplement for our body. Magnesium is known as nature's tranquilizer and enables the body to manage to quiet the brain and unwinding the muscles. Calcium insufficiency affects ingredients which is main source of relaxation in our body. So we should take minerals containing foods like parsnips , figs , oats and Brazil nuts .
[9] Destroy your caffeine :- Caffeine is a solid stimulant and its belongings can keep going for quite a long time. But its regularity in life is not safe and good for health . So we avoid taking caffeine in any form . Some time you can tale relaxing teas like camomile or valerian to substitute caffeine .
