What is life ? is a million dollar question . Perhaps few person could explain it in a better way . What is the purpose of life ? What should be the way of living our life ? I think , the true purpose of life is to stay happy . That is the total end and aim of human existence . Yet , we are far away from achieving it , and end of thinking remaining happy as a myth . But in reality , happiness is already available for us . To remain healthy and happy does not require a lot of time or money - just a motivation and desire to remain so . There are following few simple ways to live a happy life.--
[1] Do what you like :- Always try to do what you want to do or you feel enjoy while doing that work. If you are interested in writing stories , playing sports , swimming or teaching children , always make time to do it. You will enjoy doing it . Once you do that activities that you love , you will feel enjoyment and self satisfaction.
[2] Be Thankful :- We should be thankful to god for whatever we have been given by god . Most of the times , we take our basic amenities for granted . will begin to feel happy in our life.
[3] Help other people :- In some cases when we fulfilled our
target of life , despite having everything we feel exhausted
internally on the grounds that we have not do any thing for
other people. When we do for other , then feel satisfaction and greatness to simply be of service to another person . This type of service to other person give deep satisfaction to us and its acts as a bliss of god for us.
[4] Share with others :- When we share our thoughts , our feeling with others , we feel better for it. An existence lived without sharing can turn out to be forlorn . When you share with others , they shall feel awesome towards you and help you to feel more delight in your own life.
[5] Laughing Habit :- Laughing is very beneficial habit of human being because it acts as very useful and all round exercise for our body. It provide complete exercise for all parts our body. Laughing activities stimulate all parts of our body and it also creates antibodies in our body which gives resistance power to fight with several disease . So develop habit of laughing in our life to live peaceful and happy life . Due to its benefits , several laughing clubs have been made in big cities to give a platform to laugh together.
[6] Relax an hour before bedtime :- Develop habit of taking rest before going to bed. As far as possible do not see TV or work on computer just before sleeping time . This type of habit disturb your sound sleep at night . So close down his work before going to bed . Your bed time work will damage your health as well as mental relaxation which is essential to live a happy life.
[7] Take good and nutritional foods :- Try to take good and healthy diet that will keep you fit and mentally as well as physically in good condition. It is true that , it is more difficult to feel glad when you are sick . In any case , when you eat right , you feel better both physically and rationally . Also , you shall maintain distance from that habit that put you attracted to fast or junk food items.
[8] Spend time with your friends or well wishers :-There is no alternatives to investing quality time and energy with your friends and family . We are social animal , regardless of the possibility that you are a thoughtful people . Individuals cherish investing time with their loved ones for good discussion , bonding and a few chuckles .
