Nutritional diet can be maintained by eating fruits and vegetable which are rich in vitamins and minerals. Changing your food track can maintain your diet , but it is really hard to change your food habits . Chart your food list before you start your diet so that you will find easy to follow. In this article , " How to follow a healthy life style " , I will try to explain the ways by following which we can lead a healthy life style . Following are Table of contents:-

The word Health refers to the physical fitness of your body. It is the complete state of physical and mental fitness. A healthy man can lead a long life . Physical fitness can be maintained by doing exercise and yoga. Mental fitness is in the hands of oneself . It refers a person 's emotions and psychology . Mental illness also affects your physical health . oneself . It refers a person 's emotions and psychology . Mental illness also affects your physical health .
Education educates people about their health . Health is wealth is a famous saying refers the importance of health . Balanced diet is required to maintain good health. Good health is more precious than the treasure of wealth. Wealth is nothing when compared to wealth around the world . Only when you are healthy , you can enjoy your wealth .

A healthy life style does not mean the way you dress. The true meaning behind a healthy lifestyle is one which improves your health and well being. Your way of life will be healthy which depends on the food you eat, physical activities and stress management . Some people eat even when they are not hungry which lead in indigestion.

There are many factors which help us to lead a healthy life . Always be active in any work and avoid inactive life as far as possible. Laziness kills a person's mental as well as physical health . Water in-take plays a major role to lead a healthy life . Drink plenty of juice and vegetables which are rich in vitamins and minerals. Now a days , people waste their time siting most of their times before TV and computer . This spoils your total health . Develop the habits of playing indoor or outdoor games.

In this world , everyone follows their own different diet . Before taking your diet , check with your nutritionist . Avoid soda and other artificial drinks and other artificial drinks which are unhealthy for your diet. Maintain a chart for your diet which will be useful . Meditation keeps your body and mind relaxed. Do not skip your meals and eat at least thrice a day . Watch TV only for two to three hours a day and try to watch programs which can develop your brain. With good food habits and exercise , you can maintain good health. Try to develop the habit of interacting with people and try to share good things with them .

But now, the trend has changed and it changed into late to bed and run to office in a hurry. How can people maintain nowadays ? Pizzas and burgers are damaging your health . In early days people walk every day but nowadays the transport has changed our travelling and walking medium .
