How to avoid Negative Thinking. .

Today , we all live in a very hectic and fast world , surrounded by fast moving , pressure and overloaded people . Sometimes the pressure to complete a work within a stipulated time period keeps bothering us . And keep us out of these pressure is not an easy work . It is quite a hard task to get the negative thoughts out of our mind. Repeated and regular rehashing of negative thoughts in our mind can be very counterproductive and unpleasant for us. In some cases , it may lead to chronic depression to us .
However , there are some steps using which we can control thinking about all the negative thoughts and focus more on the positive sides of life . Basically , here we need some heal;thy dose of will power and a little bit of distraction.
[1] Do something different :- Whenever you come across such type of negative thought , try to do something different which you usually do not do it. Start visualizing yourself in the grocery store and picking up items you want . Try to do what you normally do not do like going for shopping , hear music , do gardening , meet with other person and read books . This type of habit give you positive thought about life. The key is to be habituated with these works and do at times when you feel negative thoughts coming across your mind. You can train your brain to take a different route every time such thoughts come up.
[2] Do Yoga or Meditation :- Yoga today is necessity of every one health and mind. Due to today's busy and hectic life , Yoga becomes essential to keep your self sound and healthy . Attending yoga classes is one of the therapeutic activities where your mind stays relaxed and calm . Regular yoga exercise can have good effect on the body. It can take your focus away from thoughts and keep you sensitive to your body and breathing process . Yoga is quite relaxing and helps to ease the mind . Instead of thinking of future happenings , yoga can keep you in present situations and moments which is more important than future.
[3] Be Happy :- A smile is one of the best activities to relax oneself . It can change your mood and relax the stress. The more you laugh , more you feel lighter and stress free . Keep smiling , because it takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown . So make a platform in your house for laughing which is rarely found . Today we all are unnecessarily in tension or created atmosphere of boring nature . So be normal like a simple man.
[4] Make your surrounding of positive people :- Having a constructive and positive friend is always better than piles of books . When you are stuck with negative thoughts , try to talk with people who can help you in putting things in perspective and would not increase your negative thoughts. With so many positive things to focus on , you can surely avoid thoughts that hinder you.
[5] Keep helping nature for other :- Keep your mind away from your self and try to do something useful and nice for other persons. some time do unique and new thing like take a tray of food , and feed dogs or donate it into the Salvation Army . Just take your mind off things that bother or disturb you and go forward to help someone . This way you feel better and relax .
[6] Modify and bend the Nature of your thoughts from negative to Positive :- Change your attitude of thinking from negative to positive way. In every situation , your approach of thinking should be positive . You have to have positive thought regarding any problem going to face in future . Let's say , instead of thinking -" you are going to have a difficult time in adjusting to your present moment ", try thinking , " challenges are going to come in every situation , but you will stand up and come up with solution to solve it and make yourself happy."
Lastly your vision about any problems give space to sit , negative ideas near you. So be positive and change the direction of your thinking from dark side to bright side of any problem . It is my personal view that in every situation there is a way of solution of your problem.
