Health is wealth - we all know that but never realize in real life and follow it . There is very big question mark before it. Why we have such type of thinking? Why we are not sensitive for our health? What types of life system we should have ? Time has come to think over it seriously . What is the situation of big cities to day ? Living simple and relaxed life is becoming distant dream these days . Million of people in their prime age are suffering from stress related diseases like blood pressure , diabetic , asthma and heart diseases . It is a very critical situation which we are facing now a days. It is even more pathetic to note that even children and teenagers fall prey to different types of diseases due to poor eating habits and daily living conditions . People those who are planning to be extremely fit and maintain ideal weight in the future should make lots of lifestyle changes . There are so many ways to improve their health condition and lead a healthy life if they change their way of thinking and lifestyle completely. It is a very common picture of every house where we see school going children and teenagers always watch TV and spend most of their precious times on mobile network.
Living a healthy life does not require drastic changes - it is about consistent , rational choices that nurture your body , mind and spirit . By following small , sustainable habits into your daily routine , you can increase your energy , inner mindset , and overall well - being .

This way of life is gaining popularity these days throughout world and even kids are investing their valuable time in watching TVs and mobile phones for hours together and spoiling their sound health. In the old times people all over the world were consuming rich foods and juice that are full of vitamins , minerals and proteins and also consumed liquor in moderate quantity .
Now a days , people consume foods regularly and also drink several types of liquor which is not a good sign. Both children and young adults get obese body at their tender ages and suffer from immobility. Cities and villages are becoming highly polluted and the people who are living a dull life should change their mind set and start living a active and busy life . Positive relationships improve mental well being and reduce feelings of loneliness . Engage in regular conversations with family , friends and loved ones . Individuals who change their life pattern completely can easily postpone diseases and even death.
[2] Daily exercises and diet plans :-
Generally we give less importance to breakfast . But this is not good for our health. Our breakfast is the first diet which we consume after night and this should be rich and full of vitamins and proteins. Commonly this is neglected by all people . So such type of our nature damages our health badly. As far as possible we should avoid this situation and take rich breakfast regularly. On other hand, people who fall prey to sickness , anemia , fatigue and weakness should follow these daily health tips immediately. Most of the people those who wake up early in the morning skip breakfast and rush to the office or school without taking anything . This is very wrong practice and one should definitely eat breakfasts which are rich in nutrients . Individuals should at least eat minimum food and juice in the morning before going to their place of work.
[3] Daily consumption of water:-
We should maintain minimum water level in our body and for this we should take minimum 6 to 8 liters of water daily. If we take less than that quantity of water then it will affect our health. So water is extremely important since it clean away toxins , kidney and gallbladder stones and other dangerous chemicals from the body. One who consumes six to eight liters of water daily can remove his toxins from the body and live a healthy life.
[4] Do regular exercises and take nutrients food :-
For remaining fit and healthy , we should do regular exercises like walking , jogging and running and yoga too. If a person starts the day with simple exercises like the ones that are mentioned above he will stay trim and fit throughout the day. Only exercises can not do much but if we want good result of exercises , we should supplement it with nutrient like vitamins , minerals and proteins in the daily food items. There are rich fruits , vegetable and meat products that are available in the market and people should consume these greenish vegetable and fruits daily to keep the diseases at bay. Eating healthy snacks every now and then is also the good habit which will increase the stamina to a great extent. Lastly everyone should do relaxation techniques like yoga and breathing exercises.
[5] Keep yourself engaged :-
Engagement in life, specially after the age of retirement, is essential if you want to be diseases free . Though I personally do not give any importance to the retirement age and for me there is no such type of age . It is completely false prediction. For me engagement and work is essential for being fit and healthy. So never think over it and try to create work for himself to remain always engaged in a work. This will keep you at long distance from useless thoughts . Work is essential till our demise . If citizens follow these simple health tips they will live a happiest and most energetic life.

You should start with one or two habits - like drinking more water or taking a daily walk - and gradually add more .
